Original mortgage statement from a recognised lender issued for the last full year.

Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year.
A bank or building society statement. (including for example a credit card statement)
Bank, Building Society, or Credit Union statement or passbook dated within the last three months (as above credit card statements are not generally accepted).
A TV licence.
A HM Revenue and Customs or tax authority letter or notice of coding.
A Letter from the benefits agency.
A financial statement. (e.g Pension/ Endowment)
A polling card.
Or an Electoral Register entry.
A tenancy agreement.
Or a Council or housing association rent card or tenancy agreement for the current year.
Driving Licence
Can sometimes be accepted, current UK photocard driving licence (but only if not used as proof of identity; provisional licences are not accepted).
A solicitors letter confirming a house purchase.
Solicitors letter within the last three months confirming recent house purchase or land registry confirmation of address can sometimes be used.
Medical Cards
Sometimes NHS Medical Card or letter of confirmation from your GP practice of registration with the surgery can be used.
